ls: So Jean&s says that you are practicing these skills to live in the present, but everyone around you is nervous. How do you protect yourself from them?

dc: Everyone says so-they are surrounded by pressure. Stress is not in your environment. Stress is not really part of your existence. That's how you explain what happened to you.

is like surfing at sea. If you are a good surfer, you like big waves, if you are not, then every wave is a disaster. I like to be in a tense environment just to see how humorous it is.
