Jopra's tips on how to practice meditation. < strong > stop what you are doing. P>2. Strong > The feeling of deep breathing and focusing on breathing. You can even count your breaths, such as Inhalation 1, Exhalation 2, Inhalation 3 and so on. This helps you reconnect with the present moment and creates a buffer between your thoughts and actions. P>3. Observe what happened. Ask yourself four questions:

Who am I?
What do I want?
What is my Dharma or purpose?
What am I grateful for?

P>4. Strong > Continue your day with this new awareness (based on your thoughts or answers to the above questions).
