10. The posture of the corpse (Sawasana)

Sawasana is a posture of deep relaxation. This is the last rest at the end of the yoga class to allow time for integration, but if you are not used to lying on the wooden floor, you may feel uncomfortable. Solutions: If you want, lie on your back and put a small pillow or rolled blanket under your head. Put a pillow or rolled blanket under your knee to protect your lower back.
