Another favorite option to consider buying organic food is wine. Wine is fermented from grape skins, so those pesticides are likely to disappear in your glass! Fortunately, the growing popularity of biodynamic farms has made it easier than ever to find healthier wines, which are still rich in antioxidant resveratrol, which is naturally found in red wine and can prevent inflammation, oxidative stress and cancer.
